What is your return policy for Digital Downloads?
Due to the nature of digital downloads being delivered immediately and easily duplicated, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads.

In almost all case we have provided a Preview button so you can see some sample pages and/or instructions for printing. Please be sure to view these previews before purchasing. If after viewing the previews, your questions are still not answered, please feel free to contact us as we always welcome inquiries and strive to answer them within 24 hours if not immediately.

What is your return policy for physical items purchased?
All physical products purchased from Foresta Math come with a 14-day unconditional guarantee. If you don't like it, you can return it within 14 days of its delivery for a prompt refund -- no questions asked!

Refunds will be by method of original payment, shipping and handling not included. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for all return products.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, contact us. In order to expedite your request, be sure to include the following important information:
  • Item Purchased
  • Date Purchased
  • Your Name
  • Full Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
If you are unable to provide all of the above information, please include a brief explanation so we may better assist you.
In some cases, we are unable to cancel an order, as orders are processed immediately upon completion.

How do I request a refund?
To start a return for a physical product, send the product back with the original invoice page that was included in the box to the address printed on the box. Remember, refunds must be made within 14-days of receipt.

There are no refunds with digital downloads.

When will the credit appear on my card?
Your refund credit on a physical product will appear on your card within 14 business days of us receiving your product back.

I purchased a physical product from Foresta Math but the wrong product was sent to me. What do I do?
You may return the product for a replacement or refund if done so within 14-days of receipt. Please indicate if the returned item is for refund or replacement on the original invoice page that was included with the item.

I purchased a physical product from Foresta Math but it had been damaged during shipping. What do I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will work with you to get the item replaced as soon as possible.
